| While I was living at Seoul, I cannot fall asleep. The reason was that I could not find Kongnamul Gukbap, bean sprout soup with rice made by Korean style, anywhere in Seoul that tastes similar to one made in my hometown. So when I visited my hometown Jeonju, I quickly visited a restaurant and ate it before I went my home. I think I couldn't forget the moment. What does this food look like? It is served in Ddukbaegi, Korean bowl for soup. In the bowl, clear and red soup is filled with the dish. A great amount of yellow sprouts are floated on the rice which is hidden under them. I like the food for two reasons. The first reason is that it tastes refreshing after I eat it though though it is very hot and little bit spicy. The more you eat, the more you are addictive. For me, it is difficult to stop eating while eating the food. Though sweats run from the face, I can endure it. It also makes me refresh and warm. After I eat all the food, I feel as warm as I am under the sunshine. That feeling cheers me up and encourages me to do anything. Though my hometown is famous for foods, especially Bibimbap, I think Kongnamul Gukbap is better than it. Kongnmaul Gukbap tastes spicy, hot but refreshing and gives the sense of warmth and refreshment. I hope many people know the attraction of my favorite food.

The Kongnamul Gukbap you described it seems very tasty. I can even imagine it and want to taste it. However the first sentence looks a little strange. I know what you want to say, but it could be better if you start with something else, but anyway you write really good.

These particular words or lines struck me as powerful:
What does this food look like?(Line 5)- It attracts my attention to the description sbout the food.
A great amount of yellow sprouts…(Line 6)- I can imagine what it looks like so vividly.
Some things aren’t clear to me. These lines or parts could be improved (meaning not clear, supporting points missing, order seems mixed up, writing not lively):
The first reason is… (Line 7)- There are two ‘though’ in the sentence.
Kongnmaul Gukbap tastes spicy…( Line 14)- It doesn’t correspond with the second paragraph because you think that the food is addictive because it’s hot and a little bit spicy at the second paragraph. However in this sentence you say like the spicy, hot taste of it is not good things at all.
The one change you could make that would make the biggest improvement in this piece of writing is dividing the second paragraph into three paragraphs for the reader’s convenience (maybe at right before first reason and the other).
